The above link takes you to the aquatic section of the website. The Johnson Center has a very nice pool that can be used by students or staff. Swimming is one of the best full body exercises you can do. It incorporates cardio with muscular endurance. They have a lap pool, along with that students or staff could take in-water classes to get in shape as well. They offer swim lessons for people that haven't learned yet. They offer scuba diving lessons for if you plan on doing that soon. Also, they offer classes and the opportunity to lifeguard if you would like to make a little extra money. This is a very underrated section of the Johnson Center because it is a little bit to the right and most students do not really notice it. The pool generally runs from 10am-8pm. It is a great way to mix up workouts too if you are getting tired of the same repetitive time on the treadmill.
