Topic: Freshman 15 and The Johnson Center

This source from the database generally talks about the questioning of freshman gaining weight in their first couple semesters of college. They think it may have to do with the consumption of beer, dorm food, and stressed out munchies while studying for exams. Using this source as information to solve this problem could be beneficial for the Johnson Center. It can help students lose this abundance of weight that they supposedly gain. If students were to read articles just like this one or find out the actual dangers of the surrounding factors that they live near to gain the freshman fifteen, maybe they would show up to the Johnson Center and take a class every once in a while to stay fit. This source can help to get the word out about the freshman fifteen. If that happens, then people may consider the Johnson Center more frequently.
